Children

We see children as an important part of our Church family, and so we aim to get them as involved in worshipping God as everyone else.

During our Sunday services the children meet together for Junior Church. In our supervised creche we provide a safe place for children for 0-3 years old, where they can play and do simple craft activities.

The older children, aged 3-11 meet for worship and learning together, using lots of activities, like games, music, drama, puppets and crafts.

KIDZ KLUBWe also run a mid-week children's club called "Kidz Klub" which meets on a Tuesday night. Click here for more information.

Although the children learn in different ways from the adults in church, our aim is to encourage the children to learn about God, develop their own relationship with him and to enjoy worshipping him.

We regularly have special events to include children from the local community, such as play schemes, special craft days, Christmas activities and alternative Halloween parties.

Once a month on a Friday evening we have ANTs, a club for children from all the churches around Irlams o’ th’ Height. It's a fun time which includes games, Bible teaching, crafts, music and food.

Our church has a Child Protection Policy - please click here if you would like to view it. We also have Church Practice Guidelines for Work with Children and Young People- please click here if you would like to view these.
